Audition information:
What Should I expect for Auditions:
6-9 year olds- parents will stay in hall and fill out application form, and children will come into auditorium where they will be warmly greeted and asked to tell us their name, age, and repeat some lines after us using a loud, clear voice. They will be asked to do some motions specific to the lines they repeat. It shouldn't take more than 15 minutes. Parents will receive a text by Tuesday evening letting them know if their child was given a part or not (we will text everyone). If so, parents are to attend the parent meeting Wednesday, payment will be due at that time, and their child doesn't need to come back for callbacks.
10-older- parents will stay in hall and fill out application form, and students will come into auditorium for their auditions. Students need to choose what part they would like to audition for. Roles are described below.
Students need to prepare lines from the audition scripts below that includes your character. If you would like an ensemble character, please prepare to sing Prince Ali or A Whole New World and choose any character to audition for.
